Terms of use

1. The service

BUV Flow is a private project workspace operated by BuildUP Value (“BUV”) for its staff and the clients it works with. Access is personal, by invitation, and may be withdrawn by BUV at any time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor device and recovery codes private. Tell BUV immediately if you suspect your account is compromised. Do not share invitation or password links.

3. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for the engagements you are part of. Do not upload content you have no right to share, malicious files, or personal data beyond what the engagement needs. Attachments are limited in type and size.

4. Content and confidentiality

Board content belongs to the engagement it documents and is confidential between BUV and the client concerned. Client members see only the boards they are added to.

5. Availability

BUV provides the platform as part of its consulting services, without a separate service-level commitment. BUV may suspend the platform for maintenance or security reasons.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy notice.

7. Changes

BUV may update these terms; account holders are notified by email and the current version is always available at this address.
